Celsius is not accurate enough!!

my mom used to want to move back to chicago for the summers, but then I would remind her that its the same temp and almost the same humidity she has in florida--but she has an OCEAN that chicago does not have! (looks like chicago is supposed to be 85 and orlando is only 84!)

massage helped a bit, but my therapist thinks my ear is too inflamed to get much relief.

Denmark is not Euro silly guy, it's Europe, but we do not use euro (currency)

And yes Kelvin is the best at knowing the weather, it's like Kelvin --> Celsius --> look out the window --> Fahrenheit.

And cosy, Celsius is quite good at measuring.

yeah...what is exact body temp??? even in fahrenheit we have to get to decimal points (98.6)...in celsius its what 37? which covers A LOT of ground!!
we have lots of intervals (though having freezing at 32 is pretty silly I will agree) that we dont require going into .xyz to get.

and the usa aint changing soon--they have tried oh, so many times--aint gonna happen.

Ohh geez. I prefer Celsius cause it is easier to read but I grew up reading Fahrenheit so I doubt I will get away from that lol

I used C when I lived in japan--for daily temps (and body) its just not accurate enough.

well, my taxes are in the mail....hope to get my moneys before the real tax deadline! Even stopped at the ole post office to make double sure I had enough postage (and mail a gift to my friend over seas), never hurts to double check when sending stuff to the government!!

How is it not accurate?, 0 is freezing, 37 is body temperature.

How is that not accurate i don't understand, Fahrenhheit uses decimal, that does not make it more accurate, as celsius also uses decimals

freezing is 32, body temp is 98.6F in C freezing is 0 body temp is 37.
40 is 4.4, 41 is 5.1, 42 is 5.6....etc...however, when you watch the weather on tv (or listen on radio etc)...they drop off the decimal points so you get:
4=39.2, 5=41 (no 40), 6=42.8 ..etc. not very exact, you miss parts....just not precise enough for me (especially when you are dealing with degrees of fever. 99.1 still comes out to 37--which means you do not have a low grade fever, however, 99.1 IS a low grade fever....at 100, you are STILL at 37! no temp though you are burning up!).

just not good enough for me, sorry.

wow! good to hear (about the interview).

looking out the window here will only net you the weather at that time....in the northern part of the usa you can have sunny weather at 7am, snow at noon and rain by 5pm with clear by 9pm...temps can change by 40 degrees (thats 20 for you) in just a few hours---you can have 70 in the morning and snow on the ground and freezing by evening---yeah the weather around here can change that quickly. (had a saying--if you dont like the weather, just wait 15 minutes).

but its supposed to be nice and warm all this week (with yeah, rain whenever it feels like it).....not complaining, it could be below freezing with a few feet of snow!

Going to have a roast beef sub. Here is a little sandwich lesson MA style. If you have a cold sandwich on an elongated loaf of bread it is a sub, if you heat it it then becomes a grinder (pronounced grinda). It suppossed to be 80 to 85 tomorrow and I prefer the Rankine temperature scale.

Good Luck azzer, I hope it leads to a permanent position.

Lean, finely textured beef aka Pink Slime
The low-cost ingredient is made from fatty bits of meat left over from other cuts. The bits are heated to about 100 degrees Fahrenheit and spun to remove most of the fat. The lean mix then is compressed into blocks for use in ground meat. The product is exposed to ammonium hydroxide gas to kill bacteria, such as E. coli and salmonella.

Its good to see that most major food chains are saying they won't purchase ground beef with pink slime.
